„How to Overcome Anxiety and Live Your Life to the Fullest“ is the purpose of this blog.
If you’re suffering from anxiety, feel stuck in your life, or really want to make a change, but something is holding you back – I got you covered.
ANXIETY IS A #@!& …
I’m Stefanie, and I fought irrational anxiety and panic attacks for many years – but I won.
This blog is about sharing the exact steps and methods I used to get from rock bottom to a thriving and happy life.
I want to support you in getting your life back and becoming the confident person you always dreamed of.
A couple of years ago, my anxiety was so overwhelming that I couldn’t even get out of bed. As soon as I stepped out, I got a panic attack. Working and traveling were impossible. Going or eating out? No way. Meeting friends and family was a nightmare. Hiding my feelings to pretend everything was okay was so stressful.
This was my rock bottom.
But I’ve been able to overcome my anxiety, work from everywhere in the world and even talk on big stages without any fear. I’m so proud that the methods I used to get to this point are already helping many friends and colleagues on their way.
HOW DID I DO THIS?
I’m not gonna lie: It will take energy, commitment, and time. The progress won’t be linear, but step by step, you’ll learn more about yourself, your why’s, and what you need.
Each following blog post will show the exact methods I used to get where I am now. I’m super excited to start this journey with you today! Let me know something about you in the comments, or send me an email To make sure the content I’m about to post will be helpful for your situation.
